Role

Friends of the Earth Scotland is seeking a Network Coordinator for Young Friends of the Earth Scotland, a grassroot network of young people (aged 16-30) from across Scotland working collectively for social and climate justice.

As our network is youth-led, this roll will involve working collaboratively to support and empower young people to make decisions and develop their skills. You will be coordinating the delivery of high-quality events across Scotland

Working alongside the Youth Engagement Intern, you will coordinate and encourage the growth of a diverse and inclusive network.

You will also work closely with the Movement Building Lead to support FoES movement building work, including supporting the development and delivery of key campaigns.

Location: Based in Edinburgh (at least 1 day per week) with hybrid working arrangements. Other arrangements for people based elsewhere in Scotland is possible by negotiation. You will also be expected to undertake some travel around Scotland in the course of your work.
