This role involves working in partnership with Health & Social Care and the third sector, delivering Carer Aware sessions, and supporting key carer events such as Carers Week and Carers Rights Day. You will also engage with carers, encouraging participation in gathering their views on consultations, ensure accessible information is available, and contribute to the organisation’s communications and outreach work.
