As we enter the early phase of a new TSPN subsidiary, we find ourselves at an exciting stage of expansion and innovation. We require an experienced professional who can hit the ground running and contribute significantly to our progress.

Role Overview:

As the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of our projects. You will oversee multiple initiatives at various stages of development, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organisational goals. From establishing operational processes to managing resources and fostering collaboration, you will be integral to the success of TSPN.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to support the growth and sustainability of
  • TSPN.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of multiple projects within the
  • organisation.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet objectives.
  • Foster collaboration and communication among team members, stakeholders, and
  • partners.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, motivating them to achieve excellence.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior management.
