Role

Glasgow West Housing Association Ltd is a voluntary, not for profit organisation and a registered charity. With history dating back to 1978, we have a vision of shaping thriving communities. With over 1500 rented properties: Homes are our purpose, service and sustainability is our priority.

We are looking for a high performing individual to join our Management Team, with responsibility for leading the:

  • delivery of projects aligned with our strategic priorities;
  • co-ordination of core internal/external services, performance, and stakeholder communication;
  • development of comprehensive and accurate records, reporting and administrative systems that demonstrate compliance with legislative and regulatory standards, reflecting best practice and mitigating risk;

The ideal candidate will be further educated to SCQF Level 9 or above and/or will have significant demonstrable experience of RSL reporting requirements or if operating out with the RSL sector will have relevant experience of quality management /performance excellence frameworks. The ideal candidate will also have accomplished ICT reporting and presenting skills, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Tasks:

1. Assembling and leading teams to ensure delivery of projects aligned to strategic priorities.

2. Developing robust performance management frameworks.

3. Actively contributing to policy and strategy development, including Equality Impact Assessment and compliance self-assessments.

4. Monitoring and reporting on policy/procedural compliance extending to General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and Freedom of Information.

5. Coordinating, analysing and presenting performance and compliance reports across all functions.

6. Ensuring accurate and timely completion of regulatory returns (including the Annual Return on the Charter).

7. Scrutinising and validating performance data & statistics.

8. Liaising with Teams to identify and implement process efficiencies.

9. Ensuring appropriate performance bench-marking.
