Home-Start Renfrewshire and Inverclyde (HSRI) is a registered charity providing volunteer led, family centred, non-judgmental support to families with at least one child aged under five.

The Role

The Communications and Impact Manager is a key part of our Leadership team, supporting the Director, Business Manager and Board of Trustees in delivering the strategic aims of HSRI. As the Communications and Impact Manager, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering the charity’s communications and impact strategy to raise awareness, increase engagement, measure and demonstrate our impact and grow support for our vital work.

Key Responsibilities

· Enhance our communications to grow our reputation across all stakeholder groups

· Work collaboratively to develop compelling propositions, showcasing the voices and stories of the supported families and our volunteers

· Manage HSRI’s social media channels and wider digital presence

· Project manage the development of HSRI’s new website

· Develop and implement a corporate partnerships strategy

· Grow income from fundraising initiatives, events and community fundraising

· Develop and embed monitoring and evaluation framework and practices into service delivery to generate performance data more efficiently

· Demonstrate to our funders the impact that their funding makes to HSRI as an organisation and the families we support
