As our dynamic service coordinator, you'll be at the heart of the action, supporting a vibrant team of artists,
sessional workers, and enthusiastic volunteers who bring joy, creativity, and support to children, young people,
and families, both in our Hub Wellbeing Centre and across hospital wards.
Some of the things you’ll be doing:
In short, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact, responding to queries, keeping things running smoothly, and
bringing our mission to life, ensuring no child faces hospital alone.
More specifically, you’ll:
- Bringing The Hub to life by creating a safe and vibrant space, from setting up inspiring
wellbeing sessions to keeping the space clean, stocked and welcoming.
- Be the go-to support for
our incredible artists and sessional workers, ensuring they feel supported, valued, and ready to
deliver exceptional experiences.
- Help shape activity delivery across wards and public
spaces by attending referral meetings, distributing opportunities, and tracking
engagement.
- Lead and inspire our dedicated volunteers, coordinating training and
ensuring they feel empowered in their roles.
- Manage referrals and monitor session
delivery, supporting consistent, high-quality provision and collecting vital evaluation
feedback.
- Keep our communication fresh and engaging with regularly updated notice
boards and promotional materials.
