Role

We’re looking for a Project Worker to join our team delivering a new Whole Family Wellbeing Fund Project. We will be delivering a variety of support to families of neurodivergent children and young people to support family well-being. This includes online information sessions, group work, facilitated peer support and 1:1 reflective space. This is part of a collaborative project working alongside colleagues from NHS, City of Edinburgh Council and the Voluntary Sector.

Tailor Ed is a dedicated team of passionate and skilled professionals whose wish is to see neurodivergent children and young people and their families empowered and included, able to live the lives they want to and access all the day to day experiences that other families take for granted. We are looking for staff to help us deliver our high-quality services to families across Edinburgh. We require confident practitioners, skilled at forming relationships with neurodivergent children and young people and their families, as well as with professionals in the voluntary and statutory sectors. We need excellent communicators dedicated to supporting families so they can experience better outcomes at home and for life.
