Required skill set:

  • Experience of working on a fast-paced helpdesk, maintaining a high degree of customer service and escalating tickets where necessary.

  • Follow established IT Polices in relation to service requests including on-boarding and access requests.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Windows (ideally 10 and 11) and Android operating systems.
  • Excellent administrative knowledge of Active Directory
  • Experience of supporting and administering Microsoft 365 and Entra (Azure AD) Services. Including, but not limited to, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online and Intune.
  • Knowledge of basic network troubleshooting, previous experience working with Cisco Meraki infrastructure would be desirable though not essential.

You will have excellent communication skills, experience of working under pressure on your own initiative and hold a qualification at SCQF level 7 or higher (HNC/HND equivalent) in a relevant computer related subject or equivalent experience in a technical role.

A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle is also essential.

What we offer...

As well as a supportive team, we want all our employees to feel valued and rewarded for the vital work they do. When you work with us, we'll recognise your efforts with generous annual leave, an excellent employer pension scheme, life assurance worth 3x salary and a range of deals and discounts across various retailers.
