Our team in East Ayrshire are seeking an experienced Administrator, to provide a comprehensive and efficient
administrative service. Do you thrive in a busy environment, having a wide range of different administration

This role is permanent and part time, working 15 - 20 hours per week over three or four days. The hours and days
worked are negotiable and can be discussed with the team. The salary for the role is circa £23,400 per annum pro
rata.

You will be part of a motivated, compassionate, and experienced team who make a real difference to the lives of
people in East Ayrshire. The job is varied and interesting and based in our office beside Kilmarnock train
station.Working within one of our services is always busy, sometimes challenging but always rewarding.
You will provide an all-round administration and reception service including secretarial and data related tasks. You
will also provide clinical administrative support and have a role to play in ensuring the security and health
& safety of everyone who comes into the service. We have many clients to support so a smooth-running
administrative team is crucial to us achieving our aims each and every day. There's great variety in this
role ranging from greeting clients, minuting meetings, maintaining our data quality to processing assessments
and providing clinical administrative support.
Required Skills
To do this job successfully, you will need:
- experience of providing great administrative support in a busy environment
- experience in creating and
using excel spreadsheets
- to be proficient at minute taking
- the ability to communicate
effectively with a wide range of people
- to be confident working in a team environment and able to work
collaboratively
- a good level of Maths and English (verbal and written)
- to be organised, able to
manage and prioritise your time and deal with changing and conflicting demands with ease
- good analytical
skills with an eye for detail
- a can do, positive attitude
- excellent IT skills, including
database management and be comfortable using digital media
- to understand work-based Health & Safety
issues
- some flexibility with working hours and location from time to time
