Key Responsibilities
· Be the first point of contact for students at the Academic Partner, encouraging them to get involved in the Students’ Association and extra-curricular activity
· Supporting and creating the in-person
· As directed by the Development Manager, support the various student focused activities
Develop relationships with key members of staff within the Academic Partner and key external stakeholders
· Work collaboratively with other Association staff members as and when required for the development of the organisation and key student engagement strategies
· Supported by the Advice Service Coordinator provide advice and guidance where appropriate; signpost more complex cases to the Advice Service or other support and guidance for any academic/pastoral issues;
· Undertake key administrative duties such as managing shared email inboxes, tracking finances, generating reports and keeping records for Student Voice Rep engagement and meetings
