About the role:

Reporting to the Director of Practice and Innovation, the focus of this role is to lead our income generation strategy; manage corporate partnerships; and to support business development as we diversity and grow of our service offerings.

The post holder will oversee income generation through:

  • community fundraising;
  • grant and trust applications;
  • developing corporate partnerships.

You will identify and nurture corporate partnership opportunities, stewarding relationships with corporates and business ambassadors.

In addition you will provide business development support for our external training consultancy for the 3 year start- up period, implementing processes such as mapping customer journeys; relationship management; record keeping; and risk mapping.

You may also be asked to provide advice on business development across the organisation when growth and development opportunities arise.
