Lanarkshire Carers is recruiting a Human Resource Co-ordinator to join our professional and committed staff team working to make a positive difference delivering information, advice and support services for unpaid carers throughout Lanarkshire. The position is part time, up to 21 hours per week, which is negotiable for the right candidate, meaning options for less hours could be considered.

The role of Human Resources Co-ordinator is a new role developed to support the management team with the delivery of the organisations human resource business functions, helping to ensure we recruit and retain high quality staff and have effective people management and development processes. You will assist the Board of Directors, as part of the leadership team within the Business/Finance support, progressing their ambition to be an employer of choice. Post holders will be based between our centres in Hamilton and Airdrie, and localities throughout Lanarkshire. Working from home/hybrid working may also be required.

Home-Start Edinburgh is a volunteer-led charity with over 35 years' experience working in local communities, supporting families with a child under 5 in the home. We are currently recruiting for the role of Senior Co-ordinator (Volunteering). Whilst our Head Office is in Leith, our service provides support to families across the city. This post is funded by the City of Edinburgh Council and The National Lottery.

This role will lead and manage our Family Support Co-ordinators, who in turn manage our Home Visiting volunteers, ensuring families receive holistic, high-quality support. The post holder will also lead our Volunteering Strategy, contributing to the ongoing training and development of volunteers, including delivery of the Volunteer Prep course, as well as networking with other local organisations.

The post-holder will work with the other Senior Co-ordinators, who alongside the Chief Executive, will provide leadership to the organisation, and connect with local and national networks, including Home-Start networks.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced fund manager to join the Shared Care Scotland team. The postholder will be responsible for delivering the Short Breaks Fund programmes (Better Breaks, Creative Breaks and Time to Live) which we administer on behalf of the Scottish Govt. Leading our team of Grants Officers, the successful applicant will oversee the efficient operation of the programmes, take forward key development activities and contribute to the wider strategy of Shared Care Scotland.
