What we are looking for....

We are looking to recruit a Service Administrator to join Aberlour Glasgow Family Support Services who will work 37.5 hours per week. As a Service Administrator you will provide a key role within our Glasgow Family Support Services. You will support the service with general and financial administrative tasks including supporting the team using our recording system- Dynamics. You will have administrative experience gained through working within a busy office or social care environment. You will be comfortable working with Microsoft Office packages including Excel and be able to create spreadsheets and deal with numerical information. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will have a relevant professional qualification at SCQF level 7 or equivalent experience of working in a busy office.
