YMCA Glenrothes provides learning and leisure opportunities as well as accommodation for 58 homeless people each night. The charity is spearheading trauma informed principles for people with housing needs. YMCA Glenrothes is a long-standing partner with the local authority maintaining service level agreements and excellent standards of care.
We now require a new Service Manager who will work within the ethos and aims of YMCA Glenrothes to lead a team providing quality emotional and practical support/guidance to homeless people with the aim of encouraging, and enabling, independent living through a trauma informed lens.
The successful candidate will support the CEO in the strategic leadership, management and planning of the services provided by the YMCA Glenrothes.

You must hold or gain a Practice and a Management qualification within the timescale specified by SSSC.
Experience:
Management: 2 years (preferred)
