Your role as Health Professional is to deliver person centred therapeutic support to participants with health/disability related barriers to employment, helping them progress towards and achieve well paid, sustainable employment aligned to their vocational goals.

About You
We really need you to have these:
- Education to Degree level or equivalent within a relevant field (social sciences, health sciences, psychology) or educated to Higher National Diploma level with experience within a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year post qualification experience of working with participants with complex Bio-Psychosocial conditions.
- Experience of working with people in a social work, community, primary care or hospital context.
- A working understanding of vocational rehabilitation and the employability pipeline.
- Knowledge of practical and forward-thinking recommendations that explore adjustments and support for individuals with health conditions looking to enter and/or return to the workplace.
- Excellent communication and motivating skills.
- Computer literacy including excellent keyboard skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Advanced problem-solving skills for interactions with participants and service providers.
- Proven and well-developed interpersonal skills in working with individuals on a one to one and group setting.
- The drive, energy and commitment to support people to obtain high-quality, well-paid jobs.
- Comfortable working towards targets.
- A natural, professional relationship builder.
- A full driving licence.

- Appropriate post-graduate experience in mental health and / or physical conditions.
- Membership of a Professional Body.

- Knowledge of establishing, implementing and evaluating intervention programmes.
- Understanding of relevant policy and legislation

Who we are looking for:
The Programme Manager is a key role in delivering on our work to transform lives, change attitudes and help to create a society that works for autistic adults and children.
The Programme Manager oversees a team of staff delivering on a diverse portfolio of projects and programmes of support which directly benefit autistic people and their families in Scotland.
In doing so the Programme Manager ensures that our support is of high quality, targets are met, budgets are scrutinised, safeguarding protocols are followed and outcomes effectively reported on.
To do this we are looking for an individual that has experience in over overseeing projects and programmes as well as experience in managing a team and reporting on progress both internally but also to funders.
The Programme Manager is also part of the senior team in Scotland and has a role in implementing our three-year strategy ‘From Vision to Reality’ as well as input into all our activity in Scotland as well as working with the wider team at a UK level.
This is a permanent role working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday; with some out of hours working required.

The Role

Reporting to our Head of Finance, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive payroll and pensions service, ensuring timely payments, legal compliance, and excellent customer service.
You’ll also ensure that all policies, processes and procedures relating to payroll and employment tax are reviewed and maintained regularly in line with legislative or best practice changes.
Working with the payroll team and with the wider finance and HR team, you’ll be a subject matter expert in all aspects of pensions, employment and benefits tax, National Insurance, and other associated taxes.
About You
What we'll need you to bring: -
- Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline
- Recognised chartered institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP/IPPM equivalent)
- A minimum of 3 years’ post qualification payroll experience
- Attention to detail, delivering accurate, reliable and timely outputs
- The ability to implement quality processes and procedures and communicate these clearly verbally and in writing
- Comfortable learning new systems, developing and implementing new procedures and proposing solutions for problems with systems

We have a brand new and exciting opportunity to join Cornerstone as a Depute Finance Lead on a full-time, permanent basis.
Reporting to our Finance Lead, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the transactional finance functions within our organisation. You’ll manage and develop these functions ensuring that they are compliant, accurate, reliable and contributing to timely management information.
Location
This role can be based in any of our main offices (Aberdeen, Dundee or Glasgow), or part of our hybrid working model. If opting for hybrid, we would need you to live within a reasonable commute of Aberdeen, Dundee or Glasgow. The Role
You’ll support our Finance Lead in the delivery of monthly management accounts, undertake variance analysis activities and the creation of budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
A key focus of this role is to improve the Internal Controls of each of the transactional functions: Billing and Credit Control, Treasury and Purchase Ledger. This will involve evaluating current processes and documenting procedures and looking for control gaps.
About You

- Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline
- Recognised chartered accountancy CCAB qualification or qualified by experience (QBE) OR Working towards a CCAB with evidence of recent exam passes and expectation of qualification date

- Comfortable learning new systems, developing and implementing new procedures and proposing solutions for problems with systems
