Role
DVVA and the Dundee Alliance are seeking an experienced volunteer manager to lead on the delivery of the Dundee Alliance Volunteer Strategy, collaborating closely with a wide array of partners and stakeholders to evaluate, refine and enact the Strategy.
The post holder will be employed by DVVA and work on behalf of the Dundee Alliance. The Dundee Alliance is a collaborative, cross-sector partnership deeply committed to fostering creativity, innovation and collaborative practices while actively pursuing the realisation of The Promise and Whole Family Support Principles.
Ideally you’ll have experience of supporting volunteers as well as networking with a variety of partners and stakeholders. You’ll be able develop strategic partnerships and links between services and organisations to meet the needs of communities. You’ll support organisations interested in corporate volunteering to develop sustainable models which meet the needs of third sector organisations. Qualified to degree level in a relevant subject, and with significant working experience, you’ll have experience of project management and working collaboratively.

Consortium Administration Team Support

Role Purpose and Background
Support VANL Head of Community Solutions and Consortium Leads with the administration, information management, and operational management of all six North Lanarkshire Local Consortia.
About you
We’re looking for someone to join our team with a strong belief in equality, human rights and social justice. You will have an understanding of the experiences, strengths and challenges faced by refugees, people seeking asylum, and other New Scots communities, and the motivation to support the development of the New Scots Edinburgh Refugee Integration Strategy, working closely with key stakeholders and statutory partners.
You will also work with colleagues to produce responses to public consultations and policy proposals from statutory partners in partnership with key third sector stakeholders.
