We are looking to recruit experienced sessional ESOL tutors to join our tutor pool. we offer non-certificated courses in community settings all around Edinburgh. All candidates should have at the minimum a CELTA qualification (or equivalent). Previous experience of teaching is essential to this position.
The role involves delivering high quality teaching and learning, individual assessments, feedback to students, monitoring of student progress, student achievement and all associated administration tasks.
Classes are delivered morning , afternoon, evening or and in some cases Saturdays. The duration of each English class is typically 2 hours, classes are delivered 32 weeks per year. This is not supply work , contracts are offered on a termly basis in the first instance.
We are seeking tutors with availability in the daytime and evening; we have a particular need for daytime availability during the week and for tutors to teach groups in centres across Edinburgh.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
