The ALLIANCE has an opportunity to join our Links team and line manage a cohort of Community Links Practitioners.
You will work collaboratively while managing a cohort of Community Links Practitioners and providing support to the Programme Manager to ensure that the team is properly resourced and supported to fulfil their roles and responsibilities and deliver on outcomes.
