Who we are looking for:
We have an exciting new vacancy for a Manager to lead our Autism Support Ayrshire team. This job is suited to someone who is seeking an opportunity to lead the development and delivery of our Information, Advice and Guidance service across Ayrshire. We want someone who has a desire to shape success within the team and for those engaging in the programmes.
You will have experience in managing programmes and/or information-based services and the staff involved in the delivery of these, will be well organised, have a positive can-do attitude and strong empathetic skills. You will have a genuine interest in working with our varied community and local partners to meet the needs of autistic people and their families across Ayrshire. You also need to be someone who can work successfully independently as well as part of wider team.
This service is funded by North, South & East Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnerships.
This is a permanent full-time time role working 35 hours a week.

Where you will be working:
This role is predominantly based in the Ayrshire Office - Centrestage, 15 Elmbank Dr, Kilmarnock KA1 3AE & home-based (flexible/hybrid)
There will be frequent travel required to training venues, to meetings and staff training
