Your role as an DEI Consultant is to support our employer partners introduce inclusive practise and understand how to recruit and support a diverse workforce.

You will deliver support to Enable Works employer partners and deliver effective DEI interventions, including training. Delivering a pioneering DEI programme, you will provide support to young disabled people in employment and help their employers develop skills in supporting disabled colleagues

The Role:

As the General Manager, you will lead a passionate team and drive the mission of Fife Shopmobility forward. You will work closely with the Board to develop and implement strategic plans, oversee service delivery, manage the team, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Your role will also involve creating strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, managing finances, and driving fundraising efforts.
