Lanarkshire Links is seeking to recruit a Development Officer.
Location:On site post - Lanarkshire Links, Dalziel Business Centre, Dalziel Building 7 Scott Street, Dalziel Business Centre, Motherwell, ML1 1PN with travel as required to fulfil the post
Qualifications: A relevant qualification or significant work experience in the successful development and delivery of projects and programmes.
Reporting to:Operational – Lanarkshire Links Manager - Lanarkshire Links Trustees
You are -someone who believes passionately in the power of the lived experience of mental health problems and in making recovery a reality. You should also understand the impact of stigma and discrimination associated with mental health problems and are serious about the need to challenge it.
You have –
Lanarkshire Links is funded across NHS Lanarkshire, North Lanarkshire Council and South Lanarkshire Council with our focus being to support mental health service users and carers to be involved in the process of planning and provision of services.
This post is funded for two years with an option to extend to three years at the discretion of the funder. It is a new post to support the setting up a network with partnership agencies in North Lanarkshire, to support our core work and engage with ‘hard to reach’ groups within communities.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our small but diverse team of workers who are committed to promoting the welfare and advancing the education of people affected by mental health issues across Lanarkshire.

Shortlisting is scheduled for 5th March 2024 and interviews will take place on Wednesday 13th March 2024 in the office base below.
