Kingsridge Cleddans Housing Association is a small, community-based housing association in the Drumchapel area. The Association owns and manages just under 300 units and takes pride in managing and maintaining its properties to the highest standards possible. The association has an excellent reputation and is an active member of the Drumchapel Community Ownership Group.
The association has a small staff team and dedicated committee who work to ensure the association is well governed and delivers on its strategic objectives which are:
1. To promote the opportunity for community empowerment in the area.
2. To develop and sustain a multi-functional HA.
3. To provide a professional service which is responsive and flexible.
4. To manage, protect and maintain the investment which has been committed.
5. To operate within the framework of a performance culture and to strive for continual improvement.
6. To have an effective asset management strategy in place to manage and maintain our stock to the highest standards.

As our Director you will have strong leadership skills, along with operational experience within the housing sector. You will have experience of working with a management committee or board and a sound understanding of governance issues. You will have knowledge of housing legislation and regulation in the Scottish Housing Sector.
