We’re looking for a Senior Development Officer to join our Head Office team to help support young people and their families.
This is an amazing opportunity to work with Includem for motivated, positive, resilient individuals who can engage with young people and families to identify supports enabling them to experience success in their local community and move to a preventative model. You will build on and develop relationships with statutory services to embed the main principals of The Promise.

About the Organisation
St Paul’s Youth Forum (SPYF) aims to alleviate the worst effects of poverty in the Blackhill/Provanmill area of Glasgow through our programmes for young people and our local community, focusing on eating, education, exercise and empowerment.
Purpose of the role
This is a senior leadership post in our organisation and wish passionate and skilled youth work leaders to apply for this exciting opportunity. The role involves working with young people to arrange events, activities and training to develop their ability to fully participate in forums, after school, weekend, holiday club events and consultations as appropriate. The Youth Work Manager will also engage with the Activity Team and the SPYF Molendinar Community Centre Teams to ensure that the young people have a full and varied programme of activity with SPYF.
Vital to the culture of the Youth Work Team and the practice are that the SPYF service is Youth-led and that young people's voices are central to the provision offered to them. SPYF also wants to ensure that the youth work team is:

Working closely with staff, Trustees, local authorities, funders and external commercial organisations, the Youth Work Manager will work to ensure that the SPYF youth work team will be vibrant, welcoming, well-managed that operates for the benefit of, not only local residents, but young people throughout Provanmill, Blackhill and the surrounding localities.

Community Justice Worker

We are looking for Community Justice Workers to join our ADAPT team where you will support in the development and provision of proof-of-concept justice and wellbeing projects which will support children, young people and families.
You will be required to travel Scotland wide, with overnight stays as and when required.
Includem are committed to developing employees and will help you to achieve the relevant qualifications required to carry out the role. These qualifications will be fully funded by Includem. The successful candidate should have a full driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
What does the role involve?
Includem’s ADAPT team has been funded to research and pilot alternative support within the justice system across Scotland. The Community Justice Worker will be responsible for the scoping of opportunities by engaging with potential stakeholders, identifying, and contributing to learning, as well as direct delivery of whole family approaches, individual support and crisis led services to young people and families in the community and other settings.
With the ability to plan and work flexibly across projects as part of a team, you will understand and respond to the individualised needs to improve outcomes in line with GIRFEC principles, The Promise and Includem’s model of support. You will demonstrate leadership and ownership over effective service delivery to young people, by managing outcomes through engagement with line managers, colleagues, partners, and organisational tools, processes, policies, and procedures.

The Role:
An exciting new opportunity has now arisen for a Head of Operations to join the fun-loving team at KYTHE. As the new Head of Operations, you will have responsibility for KYTHE’s operational and business management functions in support of KYTHE’s strategic plan. You will be responsible for creating and implementing KYTHE’s operational plan that will enable the organisation to sustain and grow its vital work making a difference to the lives of young people across Kinross-shire. Working closely with the senior team, management committee and board of trustees, you will oversee and manage the daily operations of KYTHE, encompassing administration, financial control, HR, client records, facilities, marketing and communications, and providing support to senior staff.
KYTHE’s new Head of Operations should be educated to degree level or possess equivalent professional experience, demonstrate a strong alignment with KYTHE's values, and have a successful track record as a Head of Operations with diverse operational management experience. Are you passionate to ensure that everyone can get ‘On Bikes’ we are looking for a SPYF Bikeability Coordinator to teach school children and community members the necessary skills to achieve the Bikeability National Standard levels and be able to use their bikes competently and confidently.
The post holder will oversee the day-to-day running of the On Bikes Bikeability programme and will be responsible for coordinating and delivering training across the northeast of Glasgow, establishing and developing partnerships with local schools, promoting cycle training to groups and individuals, carrying out project monitoring, evaluation, writing funding reports, and carrying out associated administration tasks including updating and responding to social media posts.
