Role

The ALLIANCE is excited to be recruiting for a new ALISS Engagement Officer.

The ALISS Engagement Officer will actively engage a range of stakeholders, with a view to increase the usage of ALISS and support the continuous improvement of the system.

The successful candidate for this role would be expected to have:

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work with a variety of people and professionals

• An understanding of asset based approaches and of the involvement of people with lived experience

• Experience of developing resources and facilitating accessible training

• Experience of developing materials for non-expert audiences

• The ability to facilitate open, exploratory discussions at all levels

• Experience of partnership working

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative

• IT skills in word processing, spreadsheets, email and the internet

• Experience of developing and contributing to events
