We aim to achieve this through our newly refurbished community premises, which is open to all, and provides a range of services for the local community such as laundry, clothing, fridges and family/meeting rooms. Our aim is to build a service around the needs of the local community.

As a Caretaker you will be responsible for general maintenance, including minor repairs to the Community Hub, ensuring the relevant standards are met. You will act as a first point of contact to the local community who will be using the hub for various activities. You will work in partnership with the Community Connector to ensure that the hub is set up and organised for any community groups that may be using it.

We are looking to recruit a Caretaker who will work 16 hours per week. These hours will be worked flexibly to meet the needs of the service and the local community which may include evenings, weekends and public holidays. This post is offered on a fixed term basis until June 2022.
