Edinburgh Children’s Hospital Charity transforms the lives of over 120,000 children and young people, from across Scotland, each year, so they can be a child first and a patient second.
We are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to join our team who will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of financial administrative tasks to ensure the efficient running of the accounts function. Tasks would include; processing invoices and payments, recording and posting sales and preparing payment reports.
The successful candidate will come from a strong finance background having been educated to HNC level in a finance related discipline or have equivalent professional experience. Ideally you will have a working knowledge of QuickBooks but full training will be given.
You will be an enthusiastic, motivated, team player with a keen attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Communication and relationship building skills will be required in order to efficiently and effectively follow up queries or outstanding information both internally with staff members and externally with our suppliers.
