Fife Coast and Countryside Trust (FCCT) is an independent charitable trust who work to promote, manage, and maintain Fife’s exceptional outdoor spaces, connecting environment and people. As Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will be invaluable in providing a key supportive and pro-active role within the Trust, performing a variety of specialised and confidential duties in support of the CEO, wider senior team and our Board including administrative operations, CEO hospitality, project and Governance support, deadline compliance and email account management.

The successful candidate will have excellent minute taking and IT skills, be highly organised, an excellent communicator who can maintain strong working relationships with staff and external partners alike, who is diplomatic and resourceful in their interactions and who is self-motivated and confident in taking the initiative to manage their workload, competing priorities and expectations.

Whilst our preference is that this post be delivered on a full-time basis (36 hours); we put greater importance on getting the right person to join our team. This role is offered on a permanent basis with a salary from £26,242.46 – £29,245.89 (pro rata). The successful applicant will be based at our Harbourmaster’s House Office in Dysart, Fife. Work will largely be delivered over a five-day week (Monday – Friday) but may include some evening and weekend work as required.
