Role

We are looking to appoint a Registered Manager to join and lead our adult services team at Catrine Bank in East Ayrshire.

We are looking for an experienced Manager with a positive attitude, who has a passion to work in an organisation that specialises in autism and who can lead the team to ensure the people we support can live their best life possible.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for the effective management of all aspects of our service and will forge close links with both internal and external partners. They will have proven experience of working as a Manager in similar registered services (including Learning Disability or Mental Health) with added experience of supporting Autistic people strongly desirable. They will have a qualification that ensures they can meet the registration criteria set out by the Care Inspectorate (SVQ Level 4 or better) and will be able to demonstrate person centred values that are closely aligned with our own.

The post holder will be based in Catrine and work 37 hours per week. This is mainly office hours but you will, on occasions, be asked to work flexibly to meet the demands of the service.
