We have an exciting opportunity for a Factory Administrator, on a 6 month contract, at our Lady Haig Poppy Factory.
You will provide administrative support to the Office Manager of the LHPF and act as a first point of contact to the public regarding all types of LHPF merchandise sales, public relations and all other enquiries.
If successful you will be responsible for:
• To be the first point of contact to the public and partner agencies for both sales and general LHPF enquiries and provide information on LHPF products and services as appropriate.
• Responsible for the processing of all factory on-line shop orders and ensuring that orders are despatched timeously.
• Responsible for the despatch of small orders made both by on-line shop and e-mail sales and direct counter sales from the general public.
• Responsible for the daily reconciliation of two office tills and the electronic card reader and record the figures accurately. Payments are made by either cash, card or cheque.
• To prepare accurate reports of reconciliations for the accounts department.
• To assist with the updating of all annual repeat orders, ensuring that they are processed accurately and dispatched timeously.
