We now have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing and Communications Department based in Eurocentral.

The Marketing and Communications Department is focused on promoting the brand and profile of the organisation, celebrating the great work being delivered across each of the three operating pillars. The post holder will have a particular focus on marketing and external digital communications, content creation, brand and profile raising, be able to support the wider Communications and Marketing strategy and assist with key corporate events planning and delivery.

The successful candidate will bring a strong work ethic, hands on experience to the role and be forward-thinking in approach, with the drive to be innovative and a team player.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will have ownership of ENABLE’s website to update content and imagery. Be responsible for ongoing optimisations and improvements and will act as the main point of contact with our in-house ICT colleagues
  • Working with the department lead, support the development and implementation of a social media plan within the Marketing and Communications Strategy for the organisation, particularly using LinkedIn & Twitter for Corporate Communications and Facebook & Instagram for membership & supporter communications as well as new and emerging digital platforms
  • You will have responsibility for ENABLE’s social media accounts ensuring that content is aligned with the organisation objectives and strategic direction including job postings and thought leadership content
  • Working with senior colleagues, you will help develop and implement content to maximise brand awareness, develop our thought leaders in their respective areas and generate more traffic to our website and increase engagement & audiences across our digital channels
  • Support the wider team on developing engaging content and ENABLE’s digital fundraising strategy
  • You will be responsible for reporting on all digital channels using your expertise to provide recommendations to improve performance and audience reach and engagement based on insights and data
  • You will help ensure that requests for digital support from the wider Group are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner, providing advice and guidance on best practice where appropriate
  • Support strategic engagement with key stakeholders in the delivery of charitable projects, training and employability support, and health and social care
  • Support the implementation of new brand guidelines and a tone of voice that is appropriate and consistent across all communication channels
  • Work with individual brands within the portfolio to ensure consistent messaging and to celebrate key events
  • Be responsible for managing your own workload and achieving tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • As part of a team, you will provide digital marketing support to key, corporate events run by the Marketing and Communications department
  • A strong copywriter and editor, you will contribute to the production of all marketing material and merchandise; in line with the organisation's publications procedure
  • Engage with external suppliers where appropriate to promote and support the work of the Group

About You

The post holder must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of creating and executing innovative digital communications plans, and be flexible in dealing with a varied workload, with excellent technical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work confidently and collaboratively within a small team.

A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable. However, previous experience in managing digital marketing and communications with high-quality writing is essential as is the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced Marcomms environment with a focus on ROI. The person must show drive and ambition to support the organisation’s aims and objectives and deliver quality and impactful content which best serves the people we work for and the people we work with.
