The team behind the award-winning Street&Arrow social enterprise is launching a new programme to help navigate those at risk of becoming involved in violence towards a more positive future. Run by charity Braveheart Industries in partnership with the innovative Scottish Violence Reduction Unit, the YDT programme works side-by-side with communities in Glasgow.

We are looking for 1 x Community Navigator to join the YDT team:

You’ll forge strong relationships with people and services in the area. Using a trauma-informed approach you will work with people of all ages and from every walk of life, supporting them in making positive changes. You must be a skilled communicator who has an ability to connect with people facing a challenging range of issues.

This post is initially funded until March 2023 with extension subject to successful funding.
