Role

The role of Commissioning Administrative Officer will support the Head of Commissioning with all administrative tasks associated with the commissioning project. This is an exciting project within CJS and will require you to work both independently on specific tasks and as part of a team, you will use your previous experience of business admin roles to support the governance of this project, keeping accurate records, meeting minutes and action logs. You will be a strong communicator, often acting as the first point of contact to stakeholders. Your ability to build and maintain relationships as well as use your interpersonal skills will be critical to the success of this role. This is a great opportunity for someone to develop an understanding about commissioning. Initially this is a 12 month appointment to cover an initial project set up phase, with a chance of extension thereafter.
