Role

Dundee Volunteer and Voluntary Action (DVVA) hosts Inspiring Scotland’s Link Up project in Whitfield, Dundee. The project commenced in June 2012 as part of the national Link Up programme operating in ten vulnerable Scottish communities.

Link Up Whitfield is a project that seeks to support people to get to know their fellow community members by participating in activities which they enjoy.

The starting point for Link Up is to concentrate on the strengths of Whitfield, such as local people’s skills, knowledge, interests as well as community organisations, forums, clubs, buildings, open spaces and much more!
