Due to expansion of our Housing Project, Hame, we are looking for a Peer Support Worker to join our team.

Do you have good values and relish a new challenge?

Do you have care experience and looking to make a difference to young people?

If so, then this might be the job for you!

You will have a can-do attitude, be motivated and positive to ensure the young people who we are supporting, receive the best standard of care.

We are looking for someone who has lived experience of care and will be able to use their experience and knowledge to support other young people.
