We now have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join our People Team based in North Lanarkshire (currently working from home).

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner to work in partnership with Regional Directors and operational managers to deliver HR solutions to designated operational services within a constantly changing environment.

You will provide professional advice and support to line manager colleagues which contributes towards the advancement of our strategic goals, on all matters relating to employment.

About You

Successful candidates will:

• Be an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)

• Have a good level of generalist experience and good working knowledge of UK employment law

• Be a highly credible and skilled business partner, able to combine a hands-on operational ability with a consultative approach

• Have highly developed influencing skills and a persuasive manner

• Have significant case management experience in a range of employee relations issues including attendance management, conduct, capability and grievance

• Be a real team player who demonstrates positive team behaviours with excellent interpersonal skills

• Have experience of working in a unionised environment

A driving licence and access to own transport is essential.
