About the role
The People Systems & Payroll Manager will provide a comprehensive service to the People and Culture Team, with particular emphasis on running payroll, managing the HR systems as well as providing generalist HR advise.
The role will involve managing the payroll life cycle from start to completion and responding to all payroll queries on a regular basis. The role will also be responsible for managing 1.5 People Administrators. The People Systems & Payroll Manager will establish and develop excellent working relationships with Internal Managers and external customers to effectively deal with complex issues and queries.

Person specification
The role requires someone with strong communication, management, and IT skills.
The candidate must have previous payroll experience with an in-depth knowledge of HR/payroll processes and practices. The ability to supervise, coach and motivate others is essential for this role.
CIPD qualification is essential.
Location
The main workplace is our Central Office in St. James Park, London SW1H 9BL, with travel required to other services as and when required. Hybrid home working is available for the role subject to operational requirements.
