We work alongside corporate parents and various communities to broaden understanding. We work with policy makers, leaders and elected representatives locally and nationally to shape law, policy and practice in a way that is shaped directly and indirectly by the lived reality of the care experienced population in Scotland, working together with others to build on the aspirations of The Promise.

The right candidate must be highly organised, demonstrate an attention to detail and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. They must be trustworthy and reliable, with a willingness to learn, and be able to form positive relationships with young people and colleagues.
