Everyday people with chest, heart and stroke conditions are leaving hospital scared and alone. You can be part of our mission to make sure that there is no life half lived in Scotland. You will be part of Scotland’s leading charity providing support to people with chest, heart and stroke conditions to live life to the full again.

CHSS provide a positive flexible working environment where you will be given the opportunity for personal development and to make a significant difference through our Clinical Delivery Team. This facility provides a nationwide clinical service offering information, advice and support to people affected by our conditions.

You will support the Head of Service Delivery to develop and deliver a range of service solutions that will meet the needs of people living with all of our conditions including Long COVID, clearly demonstrating the impact of these services for the people, the systems in which we operate and potential funders/donors.

You will be responsible for leading a team of clinical services staff which oversee the operational delivery of the Services Plan with a specific focus on clinical service delivery, in line with our No Life Half Lived Strategy.

You will have a current 1st level nursing or Allied Health Professional registration, and ideally have experience working with people affected by chest, heart and / or stroke conditions. We are seeking strong leadership experience with excellent communication, and organizational skills. You will be confident in IT and able to work to a high professional standard using own initiative.
