The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day operations of the Training and SVQ Teams and their respective team members as well as the day-to-day activities at GCVS’ The Albany’ to ensure the smooth operation of a successful training venue.
The postholder will work closely with the Head of Workforce Development to support the development and growth of our products and services and ensure a successful and commercially viable Workforce Development training programme for the third sector.
To succeed in this post, you will have at thorough understanding of work-based learning and occupational standards as well as strong understanding of third sector organisations and their learning and development needs. Strong experience of managing a staff team, developing their capacity, and ensuring that team members can achieve organisational goals are also essential.
