As the professional body for people who work in housing, the independent voice for housing and the home of professional standards, we exist to support housing professionals to create a future in which everyone has a place to call home. We promote the art and science of housing and act in the interest of our members and the wider public

CIH is a registered charity and not-for-profit organisation. This means that the money we make is put back into the organisation and funds the activities we carry out to support the housing sector. We have a diverse membership of people who work in both the public and private sectors, in 20 countries on five continents across the world.

About you

Are you a proactive, commercially minded and member driven?

The Chartered Institute of Housing is looking for a new engagement manager to be the face of CIH Scotland and the northeast of England. The post holder will help to grow our membership base while developing and managing our existing strong membership base in these areas.

We are looking for someone that understands the importance of delivering great customer service, listening to customer needs and developing membership-focused solutions for the sector. If this sounds like you and you think you can add value to our organisation then we’d love to hear from you.
