• Championing housing with decision-makers through advocacy and campaigning, influencing the direction of housing policy and ensuring housing issues are top of the political agenda
• Raising awareness of the importance of the housing sector with Government and the general public, by engaging with print and broadcast media to raise the profile of the contribution that housing professionals make to society
• Driving up standards and skills in the sector by delivering a range of first-class resources to improve the services housing organisations provide, including best practice guidance, advice and knowledge based on the front-line experience of our members
