Linstone Housing Association was established in 1998. We currently own and manage approximately 1600 properties and provide services to over 2000 owners, making Linstone one of the largest RSL’s in the Renfrewshire area.
Are you able to engage with customers and put them at the heart of everything you do? Have you a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude? Can you manage a challenging workload? Are you able to work well within a team but are also happy to use your own initiative?

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual to join our team.
You will be required to deliver excellent performance results with a customer-focused approach. It is expected that you will engage well with our clients, offer solutions for individuals referred to the Community Connectors project, and understand the importance of working with partner agencies to achieve good outcomes.
The ability to work accurately under pressure, prioritise work and meet deadlines is essential. Computer literacy and a flexible attitude are also essential.
Applicants must hold a full current driving licence and have access to a car. A Basic Disclosure Scotland check will be required for this post.
