Role

People’s Health Trust believes in a world without health inequalities. We work to ensure that where you live does not unfairly reduce the length of your life, or the quality of your health.

The Trust was set up to address health inequalities in Great Britain and create fairer places in which to grow, live, work and age. Through our funding and support, we encourage resident-led approaches to have an impact on the real causes of health inequalities.

This is an exciting time to join the Trust. You will be supporting the delivery of our funding programmes and helping to shape future programmes as we move into our new three-year strategy.

Your knowledge and experience of working with neighbourhoods or community groups to create change will be essential to supporting our current funded partners on sustainability and capacity building during this period. You will draw on your analytical and relationship building skills, together with an understanding of the needs of a diverse range of organisations, to ensure grants are managed effectively.

Working with colleagues across the Trust, you will contribute to the development of our grant programmes and will work collaboratively to share learning internally and externally.

We are committed to being a Disability Confident Employer. Our equalities, diversity and inclusion data shows that we are currently under-represented by certain groups of people. We would particularly encourage applications from Black, Asian and minoritised ethnic communities and disabled people.
