The Key Responsibilities of the role are -
As a HR Coordinator you will manage the full employee life cycle, support a team of HR Administrators and maintain and develop the HR system. A number of the tasks are included below (although this list is not exhaustive)
About You
We are looking for a delivery focused individual with a ‘can-do’ approach to join our busy HR team. As a strong team player, you will have excellent interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships at all levels, experience of working within a busy people-focused Recruitment and/or HR environment, strong written, e-mail and verbal communication skills and high level attention to detail.
Providing effective administration support will also require that you have excellent IT skills and experience of Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook, Word and Excel as well as internal Recruitment/HR systems.

As a HR Coordinator, you will be instrumental in both enabling and achieving this vision.
We operate across the country through our two hospices, our CHAS at Home service in the community as well as in hospitals. Travel between sites will be required on occasion and a willingness to travel is essential.
