Role

Join the team who are making a real difference to people’s energy bills.

We are currently looking for individuals to join the Wise Group’s Home Energy Advice Team (HEAT) who are experts in providing advice and support to customers who are struggling with their energy bills.

HEAT provides mentoring and advocacy support to vulnerable households regarding their home energy. We help people who are in fuel poverty through the provision of independent, bespoke advice and information to ensure that energy issues are resolved effectively.

Our highly experienced HEAT team works with householders to optimise their relationship with fuel consumption and efficiency over time, reducing fuel poverty and helping people live comfortably in a warm home leading to a positive and sustainable future.

You will deliver this essential support remotely by a variety of channels such as phone, email, video or online chat.

You will also provide in-home, face to face support where required. This will be in Glasgow and the surrounding areas.

You will also participate in community-based outreach work to raise awareness of the HEAT service and identify vulnerable households who could benefit from our support.

We’ll provide full training to allow you to deliver in depth energy advice to help households. Many of your customers will be facing challenging circumstances when they call, so the ability to maintain outstanding customer service with potentially difficult cases is essential.

We’ve been doing this for over a decade, but this service has never been more important, and the team is in an exciting period of growth. This is a highly rewarding role which suits people ambitious to transform lives.
