We have had a transformational impact in schools and local authorities across Scotland and are looking for two Pathways Coordinator to join our regional team in Edinburgh, based at St Augustine's RC High School and Forrester High School AND Leith Academy and Drummond Community High School. In this role, you will be an integral part of the school community, liaising with education colleagues and external stakeholders, and delivering the programme to young people.
Key responsibilities will be:
- Helping build exceptional individual relationships with young people across S1 to S6 and delivering S1 & S2 group work to full year curriculum.
- Helping to drive mentor recruitment. Consistently supporting, actively engaging and motivating mentors from training through the length of their engagement with the programme.
- Actively support MCR young people to set, experience then follow their education and employment pathways.
- Evidence progression, impact and best practice with YP input, quantitative feedback and qualitative case studies.
The successful candidate will be joining our organisation at a time of exciting growth, where we are launching into new local authorities and developing our programme.

As a Project Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day running of a residential unit, providing emotional and practical support to 16 adult male residents in overcoming addiction, and enabling them to live independently through support planning, assessments and key working and delivering group-work sessions.
As an excellent team player with great communication skills, you will have experience and knowledge of our service user group and their surrounding issues. Competence in the use of Microsoft Office tools is essential. SVQ 3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable, coupled with experience in a Residential/Housing support setting.

Context of the role
The role of Outreach Parish Assistant is crucial in the development of the mission of Granton Parish Church to bring the Five Marks of Mission to the growing waterfront development within the existing parish serving Granton, Wardieburn and Royston in North West Edinburgh but drawing our congregation from across the city.

Purpose of Post:
•To assist the current ministry team with many aspects of work in a soon to be united parish which has a mixed demographic, with areas of deprivation and of regeneration. A particular focus for this post is outreach to new communities which include, as a priority, Granton Waterfront development.
•To help us fulfil our vision and deliver our mission plan.
•To be part of the ministry team of Granton Parish Church on Sundays and during the working week.
•To share with the minister and kirk session the responsibility for the spiritual growth of the church family

What we are looking for:
The Scottish International Education Trust is looking for new Trustees to join the Board. Expertise in the following areas would of interest but not essential:
- Fundraising/Philanthropy
- Charity law
- PR/marketing/communications
- Higher education, with specific emphasis on widening access programmes
The Trustee Board is responsible for the strategic direction and management of the charity; they must act in the best interests of the charity and act with the requisite care and diligence of someone managing the affairs of another person.
Trustees will be expected to:
- Attend at least two meetings a year (which are usually scheduled for April and September)
- Contribute advice and support on an ad hoc basis
- Attend events

As a Shop Manager, you will join a fantastic team of staff and volunteers.
You will provide excellent customer service in a professional charity retail environment. You will also identify and encourage the potential of staff in order to maximise their contribution to the success of the shop. Other responsibilities include actively seeking donations to maintain required stock levels with strong pricing, stock rotation and proactive selling.
This position will require the Manager to grow and develop the business in line with strategies agreed with the Head of Group Income Generation.
