Successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that the third sector is able to build and maintain relationships with public sector colleagues in the sphere of employability. They will organise opportunities for representation, communication, networking, policy development, collaboration and data sharing. They will identify opportunities for improvement in their policy area.
Experience of working at a management level within an employability environment, ideally within the third sector is essential as well as extensive understanding of the employability policy and delivery landscape in Scotland.
