Your Role:
We are looking for a highly organised and professional administrator who can help our team with the provision of essential administrative/reception support to the Nursing and Medical, Family Support, Outreach, Assurance and Support Services Teams within Robin House.
You will be a confident communicator with great attention to detail and excellent organisational, creative problem solving and prioritisation skills. You will have a positive, welcoming and can-do attitude. Maintaining confidentiality is a key attribute for this role in addition to ensuring that work is carried out efficiently, effectively and to a high standard. You must be able to cope with routine and challenging situations, using your initiative and working with discretion and diplomacy.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft applications in particular Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams is essential along with data input experience.
