The IN-Ren Officer, funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, will lead our programme and act as an integration conduit for Renfrewshire’s ethnically diverse groups. The officer will deliver a programme to reduce barriers as described by our target communities. The IN-Ren Officer will lead an approach that includes a commitment to developing strong sustained advocacy by empowering participants to act as local advocates themselves, for their growing communities.
