Role
We are looking for a passionate and committed individual to join Corra Foundation’s Learning and Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to help Corra measure and understand the impact of its strategy and what helps contribute to progressing the three big changes, mission and its commitment to being a learning organisation. This post presents an opportunity for someone with a passion for interpreting data and finding creative ways to measure change. It is ideally suited for someone early in their evaluation career or looking to develop new skills.
Working across Corra with the Head of Learning and Development the postholder will help to design and deliver monitoring and evaluation across all Corra’s work that enables and supports a culture of learning.
The role will require someone who is an active listener, is kind and compassionate, inquisitive, has strong analytical skills, and is willing to challenge the status quo. As with other Corra Foundation staff, there will be the requirement to be flexible and to provide support for other aspects of Corra Foundation business as and when required.

At its heart, the main purpose of this role is to address both the cause and impact of digital inequality within the Gorbals by supporting individuals and communities to gain the skills, confidence and access required. This role will help bridge the digital divide by working collaboratively with third sector partners.
