Our services form a nationwide network of local support groups, nurses, volunteers and one-to-one support teams helping people live a healthier life and supporting families adjust to life with a heart or lung condition or after a stroke.
You will play a key role in finalising the transition of physical activity in to our core service offer. You will also lead, develop and deliver a range of physical activity service solutions that will meet the needs of people living with all of our conditions including Long Covid, clearly demonstrating the impact of these services for the people, the systems in which we operate and potential funders/donors.
